Founder of Employers4Change and Intern Whisperer, Isabella Johnston is an entrepreneur with years of experience in DEI recruiting. She created a software solution for employers and HR managers to reduce employer bias and assess, manage, and develop employer and intern skills for their business.
Today, Isabella shares how her experience in education and understanding of young people helped her to achieve creating great programs, so they can get real skills.
Isabella explains why unpaid internships and bad programs are affecting the future of the workforce and asserts that the employers should provide real experiences for interns.
